Cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions

1.1 Automatic Renewals & Billing

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to process recurring charges according to the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
  • We store your payment details securely and will automatically bill your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle, unless you opt to pay in advance.
  • Certain subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, you must cancel before the renewal date.

1.2 Cancellation & Changes

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting Customer Support.
  • Important: When requesting a cancellation, you must clearly specify that you wish to cancel the recurring subscription and include the product name to ensure timely processing.
  • Any cancellation or modification requests submitted after a billing date may not take effect until the following billing cycle, at our sole discretion.
  • If a subscription item has already been shipped prior to your cancellation request, you will remain responsible for any associated charges and payments.

2. Pre-Orders

2.1 Payment Terms

  • When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipping.
  • We may charge no payment, a partial deposit, or the full purchase amount at checkout. In all cases, your payment method is stored for future billing of any remaining balances.
  • By placing a pre-order, you expressly authorize us to charge the remaining balance (if applicable) once the product is ready for shipment.

2.2 Cancellations

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled (shipped). If we have collected any payment, we will refund it according to our Returns Policy and applicable law.
  • Once your pre-ordered item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

2.3 Fulfillment Delays & Liability

  • All estimated shipping or availability dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or supply-chain delays. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from delayed or canceled pre-orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a pre-order at any time, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, insufficient inventory, or other issues. If we cancel your pre-order, any amounts paid will be fully refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated.

3. Try Before You Buy

3.1 Authorization of Payment

  • If you opt for a “Try Before You Buy” item, we place an authorization on your selected payment method at checkout. This authorization reserves funds but does not immediately charge you.
  • You will receive the product for a designated trial period, as specified during checkout.

3.2 Trial Period & Charges

  • If you decide to keep the product beyond the trial period, or if you fail to return it in time, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase price.
  • If you decide not to keep the product, you must initiate the return within the trial period according to our Returns Policy. Once the return is processed and approved, we will release or refund the authorized amount (minus any applicable fees).

3.3 Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration. If items fail to meet our return standards, we may reduce or deny your refund.
  • Any costs for damages or missing components may be deducted from your authorized amount or otherwise charged to your payment method, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

4. General Provisions

4.1 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items) at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of our Terms of Service. If we cancel your order, any amounts paid may be refunded according to our policies and applicable law.
