International customers (outside the USA)

Due to delivery challenges to certain countries, international deliveries may be delayed.

Once an order is handed to the carrier and tracking is issued, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carrier operations, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Brain Tea Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact help@BrainTea.com and we will review resolution options (replacement or refund, as applicable).

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM BRAINTEA.COM?

We offer free and paid shipping options in the United States:

United States – FREE (Estimated 2–5 business days)
United States – Paid options ($5 to $13) (Estimated 1–5 business days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Prices may fluctuate depending on the carrier’s rates.

Canada
Estimated $13.00 — DHL eCommerce International Packet Plus — Estimated 7–10 business days

Worldwide
Estimated $20.00 — DHL eCommerce Parcel Intl. Standard — Estimated 7–21 business days

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
Cutoff time: Orders placed by 11:00 AM ET ship the same business day when possible. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes charged by the destination country.

Shipping delays: If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will email you with an updated shipping estimate and the option to cancel for a prompt refund if you prefer.

Shipping costs are not refundable. To request a refund, contact help@BrainTea.com and we will confirm eligibility.

Important: Refunds are limited to one (1) unit per SKU per customer. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of opened packages. Additional units of the same SKU (opened or unopened) are not eligible for refund.
